保障房选址研究——以南京市江北新区4个保障房为例

Study on the Location of Guarantee Housing——Taking 4 Guarantee Housing in Jiangbei New District of Nanjing as an Example

保障房作为解决城市中住房困难问题而出现的保障措施,发展过程中一直受到区位、交通等方面的影响。文章通过对部分国内外学者关于保障房选址的研究,总结出选址的特点,提炼出影响住房选址的三个影响因素:区位、景观、再就业。并通过制定评价分析模型对江北新区四个典型保障性住房实例进行分析,对保障性住房选址研究领域提出相关基本原则及规划建议。

As a safeguard measure to solve the housing difficulties in cities,the security housing has been affected by location,transportation and other aspects in the process of development.Based on the research of some scholars at home and abroad on the location of affordable housing,this paper summarizes the characteristics of location selection,extracts three factors that affect the location of housing:location,landscape,re-employment,and analyzes four typical examples of affordable housing in Jiangbei New Area through the establishment of evaluation and analysis model,so as to study the location of affordable housing.The basic principles and planning suggestions are put forward.
