摘要
文章通过对现有城市公共空间和商业广场的思考和探讨,以城市需求理论以及和谐城市思想为导向,通过“概念商业广场”国际建筑设计竞赛获奖作品为案例,以获奖作品“The business building on the road(路上城)”的创新思路为例,在城市存量时代的背景下,从交还城市公共空间、繁忙路网上空的万达、城市绿肺等方面对城市公共中心进行更新模式的探讨和设计,力图探索出万达商业新角色,赋予其新的社会责任,重塑“商业广场空间、业态、运营”之间的生态关系。
Through the thinking and discussion of the existing city public space and Commercial Plaza,"the city needs"theory and the"harmonious city"theory as the guidance,the concept of"commercial plaza"International Architectural Design Competition works as a case,the paper take the innovative ideas of the award-winning work"The business building on the road"as an example,in the context of the urban stock era,the city public is returned from the public space of the city,the Wanda on the busy road network,and the urban green lung.The center conducts the discussion and design of the update model,and tries to explore the new role of Wanda Business,giving it new social responsibility and reshaping the ecological relationship between"commercial plaza space,format and operation".
