老旧住区作为城市中最为量大面广的组成部分,是城市更新所关注的重点内容之一。文章回顾了上海市从解放初至2018年住区更新的历程,将这一历程划分为三个阶段,并总结了不同阶段上海市住区更新模式的特征与差异,以期为新时期城市住区的更新提供参考。

Old residential area is one of the most important parts of city renewal.This paper reviews the process of Shanghai's residential renewal from the beginning of liberation to 2018,divides the process into three stages,and summarizes the characteristics and differences of Shanghai's residential renewal modes in different stages,in order to providing reference for the renewal of urban settlements in the new era.
