基于宜居生活圈的社区公共服务设施配置研究——以昆山经济技术开发区高铁片区为例

Study on the Allocation of Community Public Service Facilities Based on Livable Life Circle——Case Study by High-speed Railway Area in Kunshan Economic and Technological Development Zone

在“以人为核心”的新型城镇化发展观的指导下,宜居生活圈的规划更关注居民在新时代背景下需求特征的变化;在开发区自身的发展要求中,公共服务设施有效合理配置是促进城市转型升级和产城融合发展的重要抓手,因此是否充分考虑了居民对设施的需求特征,直接决定了产城融合、宜居建设的整体效率和质量。文章以昆山经济技术开发区高铁片区为例,分析了其人口的社会构成特征,并从人口地域结构、年龄结构和社会阶层三个视角出发,详细剖析了不同社会群体在设施方面的差异化需求,在此基础上,探讨更为科学的公共服务设施配置方法,希望能有效地促进产城和谐发展,构建宜居生活方式。

Under the guidance of"human-centered"development concept of new urbanization,the planning of livable life circle pays more attention to the change of residents'demand characteristics in the new era;among the development requirements of the development zone itself,the effective and reasonable allocation of public service facilities is an important way to promote the transformation and upgrading of the city and the integration of industry and city development.Therefore,whether the residents'needs for facilities are fully taken into account directly determines the overall efficiency and quality of the integration of industry and city and the livable construction.Taking the high-speed railway area as an example,this paper analyzes on the social constituent characteristics of its population,analyzes the different needs of different social groups in terms of facilities in detail,and on this basis,discusses the more scientific allocation of public service facilities,in order to effectively promote the harmonious development of industry and city,and build a livable lifestyle.
