开放街区视角下的高铁新区城市设计策略研究

Research on Urban Design Strategy of New Area Planning of High-speed Rail Station from the Perspective of Open Blocks

沿用“单位制”模式下建设的高铁新区出现了交通拥堵、城市活力低、城市发展受阻等诸多问题。在开放街区快速发展的大背景下,开放街区为高铁新区提出了新的思路,如何以开放街区的规划理念建设高铁新区是当前亟须解决的问题。文章对国内高铁新区的街区交通、尺度和功能三方面进行分析总结,指出当前存在的交通组织、空间尺度和城市功能三方面的不足。结合国外成熟开放街区理念的高铁新区发展模式,提出我国高铁新区城市设计的策略。

New area planning of high-speed rail station built under the"unit system"model has experienced problems such as traffic congestion,low urban vitality,and impeded urban development.Under the background of the rapid development of open blocks,the open blocks have proposed new ideas for the new area planning of high-speed rail station.How to build a new area planning of high-speed rail station with the planning concept of open blocks is an urgent problem to be solved.This paper analyzes and summarizes the traffic,scale and function of the new area planning of high-speed rail station in China,and points out the shortcomings of the existing traffic organization,spatial scale and urban function.Combining with the development model of new area planning of high-speed rail station with the concept of mature open streets in foreign countries,the strategy of urban design for new area planning of high-speed rail station in China is proposed.
