随着数字技术和建筑市场的快速发展,BIM 概念应运而生,并逐渐被建筑业所接受。作为一种新的技术理念,BIM 正在推动建筑设计和其他行业的发展。与此同时,大数据也已经成为热门话题和解决问题的抓手。文章通过相关概念的研究,分析了大数据和BIM 的优势,并探讨了在大数据背景下基于建筑设计应用BIM 的发展趋势,由此拓展到CIM(城市信息模型),总结探讨设计过程中将遇到的瓶颈,探究相应的实施策略。

With the rapid development of digital technology and construction market, BIM concept came into beingand gradually accepted by the construction industry. As a new technology concept, BIM is promotingthe development of architectural design and other industries. At the same time, big data has become ahot topic and the grasp of solving problems. Through the study of related concepts, this paper analysesthe advantages of big data and BIM, and explores the development trend of BIM based on architecturaldesign under the background of big data, and then extends it to CIM (city information model), summarizesand discusses the bottlenecks encountered in the design process, and explores the correspondingimplementation strategies.
