摘要
内窥镜是微创手术的必要设备,而国际现有荧光内窥镜不能在肿瘤切除手术中实时显示荧光诊断标记图,以致手术精度较低。为解决该问题,提出了一种在内窥镜正常使用的图像中增强显示荧光诊断标记图的实现方法。通过将摄像头的帧信号与照明光源开关信号同步,得到间隔出现的亮场图像和暗场荧光诊断标记图,之后针对两种图像的各自特点,使用灰度变换彩色化等一系列方法进行前期的预处理,最后将两种图像进行融合处理得到可实现荧光标记诊断图的明场图像。
Endoscope is necessary for minimally invasive surgery.However,existing endoscopy can not present fluorescence diagnostic markers immediately during tumour surgery process,which limits the accuracy of tumor resection.To resolve the problem,a new method is proposed.First,the frame signal of the camera is synchronized with the switch signal of light source,thus the bright field images and fluorescent labeling images can be obtained alternatively.Then,according to the respective characteristics of the two kinds of images,a series of methods such as gray transformation and colorization are used to process the images.Lastly,after fusing the two kinds of images,the fluorescence labelings can be presented in bright field images.
