健宫散对产后子宫内膜炎奶牛抗氧化能力的影响 被引量:2

Effect of Jiangong powder on antioxidant capacity in postpartum dairy cows with hysteritis

摘要 为了研究中药复方健宫散对产后子宫内膜炎奶牛抗氧化能力的影响,试验选取年龄、胎次、产奶量相近的荷斯坦奶牛18头,按照B型超声波检查结果分为正常组、治疗组和患病组,每组各6头。治疗组奶牛灌服健宫散,每头每天400 g;正常组和患病组奶牛不进行任何处理。用药前、用药第3天、停药后第1,4,7,11,15,20天检测奶牛血清中一氧化氮(NO)、丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)4种抗氧化指标的变化情况。结果表明:与患病组比,停药后第4天治疗组奶牛血清中NO和MDA的含量显著或极显著降低(P<0.05或P<0.01),SOD和GSH-Px的活性得到不同程度提高。说明中药复方健宫散能降低机体的氧化损伤,提高子宫内膜炎奶牛的抗氧化能力,对产后子宫内膜炎奶牛有良好的治疗效果。 To study the effects of Jiangong powder on antioxidant capacity in postpartum dairy cows with hysteritis,18 Holstein dairy cows with similar age,parity and milk yield were selected.According to the results of B ultrasonic examination,dairy cows divided into normal group,treatment group and diseased group,each group has 6 dairy cows and the treatment group was treated with Jiangong powder(400 g/d per dairy cow).Cows in the normal and diseased groups received no treatment.Antioxidant indexes,including nitric oxide(NO),malondialdehyde(MDA),superoxide dismutase(SOD)and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)in serum of cows were detected since before treatment,3 day using medicine and drug treatments stop 1,4,7,11,15,20 days.The results showed that Jiangong powder could significantly reduce the content of NO and MDA(P<0.05 or P<0.01)and increase the activity of SOD and GSH-Px in drug treatments stop 4-day group compare with diseased group.It showed that Jiangong powder could reduce the oxidative damage,improve the antioxidant capacity of cows with hysteritis.Jiangong powder has good therapeutic effect on postpartum hysteritis cow.
