A Research on the Innovation Driven Incubation Enterprises: Network Power and Relationship Commitment Perspective

如何在创业创新实践中循序渐进并稳中求胜,值得深入探讨。本研究基于网络权力与关系承诺的视角,构建"双创行为(创新驱动和创业导向)-网络权力-企业绩能"的结构方程模型,借助创新价值链模型诠释创新驱动实现过程的逻辑原理,并结合中国文化情境中高新技术制造在孵企业的396份调研数据开展实证分析。研究结果表明,创新驱动、创业导向和网络权力均积极显著影响企业绩能;创新驱动和创业导向均积极显著影响网络权力;网络权力在双创行为(创新驱动和创业导向)对企业绩能的影响路径中具有中介效应;关系承诺正向调节网络权力中介效应。

With the arrival of"public entrepreneurship and innovation"tide,China’s high-tech manufacturing incubation enterprises implement the entrepreneurship and innovation-related strategies one after another.How to promote the innovation and entrepreneurship practice to make progress gradually and steadily should be a subject deserves to be further explored.China’s high-tech manufacturing incubation enterprises race to carry out the entrepreneurship and innovation-related strategies.In the incubation process of innovation and entrepreneurship projects,due to the lack of knowledge and technology,extensive operational model,network ethics anomie and violations of trade contract as well as other factors,it is featured by high investment,high risk,high failure rate,and high heterogeneity.Therefore,there is an urgent need for specific practical actions such as social resource integration,scientific and technological support,network power assistance and relationship capital input,to ensure the proper progress as well as the success of the entrepreneurship and innovation-related actions.How incubation enterprises analyze in depth the innovation-driven process and the entrepreneurial orientation mechanism,how they further exert the advantages of network power and relationship commitment,and how they finally make sure the smooth operation of their innovationand entrepreneurship projects have been explored in this study.It is extremely important to give an objective,systematic and reasonable evaluation and analysis of the growth law of high-tech manufacturing incubation enterprises in the Chinese cultural context,either for summarizing government work or guiding enterprises in practice.Based on the perspective of network power and relationship commitment,this paper establishes a structural model of"innovation and entrepreneurship practice(innovation driving and entrepreneurial orientation)-network power-enterprise performance and capacity".Combined with China’s cultural circumstances,this paper conducts an empirical study based on 396 valid questionnaires collected from high-tech manufacturing incubation enterprises.Research results show that innovation driving,entrepreneurial orientation and network power have positive and significant impacts on enterprise performance and capacity;innovation driving and entrepreneurial orientation have positive and significant impacts on network power;network power plays an intermediary role in the path of innovation driving and entrepreneurial orientation affecting enterprise performance and capacity;relationship commitment positively adjusts the intermediary effect of network power.
