瓦楞原纸生产线废水处理技术改造

摘要 本文阐述对某纸箱厂在国家和地方环保政策日益严格情况下,采用新环保处理技术改造旧原瓦楞原纸生产线和生活污水废水处理系统,特别采用浅层气浮、厌氧好氧生物处理法和多级沉淀相结合处理技术,使该厂废水不但达到新标准达标排放,而且使改造后污水处理系统废渣和排放水可再循环利用,取得显著经济。 Under the increasingly stringent national and local environmental protection policies, the new treatment technologies such as shallow air floation, anaerobic and aerobic biological treatment,as well as multistage coagulation process were employed to reform the treatment system of waste water of both corrugating medium production and domestic sewage in a certain carton-producing plant. It was shown that the treated waste water met the new effluent standards, and both sludge and the effluent water were recycled. A significant economic benefit had been gained.
