摘要
粪污垫料翻抛是利用家禽粪便粪污液及其植物秸秆、锯末和稻壳等农业废弃物辅料在好氧微生物有氧发酵的作用下生产有机肥的一个关键环节,而翻抛设备的作用在于加快发酵进程提高发酵效率进而提高生产效率。对畜禽粪污发酵工艺流程和目前国内外翻抛设备的发展概况及常用翻抛机的优缺点做了简单分析介绍并设计提出了新型的粪污发酵翻抛系统,将对在猪舍粪便等废弃物转变为有机肥的方式上提供了重要支撑。
Pig house dung mat material turning is a key link in the production of organic fertilizer by the aerobic fermentation of aerobic microorganisms using agricultural waste manure and its plant straw,saw-dust,rice husk and other agricultural waste accessories.The role of the equipment is to speed up fermentation process,improve fermentation efficiency and increase production efficiency.Fermentation process of livestock and poultry manure,and development of domestic and international turning equipment were analyzed.A new type of manure fermentation and turning system were proposed,which would be a important way to transform the material into organic fertilizer.
