摘要
采用文献资料法和对比分析法,总结了我国耕地流转基本情况及现存问题,并对农村耕地流转模式的综合绩效进行比较研究,根据绩效评价分析结果,提出了一些提升耕地流转的对策建议。
Basic situation and existing problems of cultivated land transfer in China were summarized by using the literature method and comparative analysis method,and comprehensive performance of rural cultivated land transfer mode was compared.Some suggestions for improving the transfer of cultivated land were put forward based on some results of performance evaluation and analysis.
