摘要
目的探讨银杏制剂治疗急性脑梗死(ACI)患者血清氧化型低密度脂蛋白(ox-LDL)、血凝集素样氧化型低密度脂蛋白受体l(LOX-1)与超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平及相关神经保护作用机制的研究。方法选取2017年6月-2019年3月华北理工大学附属医院收治的72例ACI患者,随机分为二组,每组36例,其中对照组给予ACI常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用银杏二萜内酯葡胺注射液静滴。采用NIHSS评分和mRS评分进行神经功能障碍程度及日常综合生活能力评估,观察二组患者治疗前后血清中ox-LDL、LOX-1与hs-CRP水平及相关神经功能评分。结果治疗后,观察组血清ox-LDL、LOX-1与hsCRP水平数值较治疗前呈明显下降趋势,且与对照组比较下降更为明显(P<0.05)。治疗后14d、30d、90d二组患者的NIHSS评分与治疗后90dmRS评分均低于治疗前,且观察组神经功能恢复情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论银杏二萜内酯葡胺注射液可降低血清ox-LDL、LOX-1与hs-CRP水平,降低机体炎性及氧化应激损伤,可有效改善神经功能缺损症状及日常生活能力,且治疗期间未出现明显不良反应,疗效确切,临床应用前景较好。
Objective To observe the effects of ginkgo diterpenide glucamine injection on serum ox-LDL,LOX-1,hs-CRP levels and neurological function in patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Methods Seventy-two cases of ACI patients admitted to Affiliated Hospital of North China University of Science and Technology from June 2017 to March 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,36 cases in each group.The control group received routine ACI treatment,and the observation group received ginkgo diterpenide glucamine injection on the basis of the control group.NIHSS score and mRS score were used to evaluate the degree of neurological dysfunction and daily comprehensive living ability.Serum ox-LDL,LOX-1 and hs-CRP levels and related neurological function scores were observed before and after treatment in the two groups.Results After treatment,serum ox-LDL,LOX-1 and hs-CRP levels in the observation group decreased significantly compared with those before treatment,and the decrease was more significant compared with those of the control group(P<0.05).The NIHSS score and mRS score of the two groups at 14 d,30 d and 90 d after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the neurological function recovery of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ginkgo diterpenolide glucamine injection can reduce serum ox-LDL,lox-1 and hs-CRP levels,reduce the body’s inflammatory and oxidative stress injury,and effectively improve the symptoms of neurological dysfunction and daily living ability.No obvious adverse reactions occurred during the treatment,with definite curative effect and good clinical application prospects.
