摘要
目的检测自身免疫性甲状腺疾病(AITD)患儿血清可溶性脂肪酸合成酶配体(sFasL)、白介素-17(IL-17)及甲状腺自身抗体水平,探究它们之间的相关性。方法选取2015年1月-2017年1月德阳市人民医院收治的97例AITD患儿为研究对象,其中桥本甲状腺炎(TH)41例,格雷夫病(GD)56例,同期招募50例健康志愿者作为对照组。采集各受试者静脉血,酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测各受试者血清sFasL、IL-17水平,化学发光法检测血清甲状腺自身抗体TgAb、TPOAb水平,Pearson检验分析sFasL、IL-17与各因子相关性。结果与健康儿童比较,HT组和GD组患儿血清sFasL、IL-17、TgAb、TPOAb抗体水平均显著增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Pearson分析显示,HT、GD患儿血清sFasL水平与IL-17、TgAb、TPOAb水平正相关(P<0.05),血清IL-17水平与sFasL、TgAb、TPOAb水平正相关(P <0.05);血清sFasL、IL-17、TgAb、TPOAb水平均是影响AITD疾病发生的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论 AITD患儿体内存在高sFasL水平和高IL-17水平,二者呈正相关,均是影响AITD疾病发生的危险因素,可能共同参与AITD疾病发生。
Objective To detect the levels of serum fatty acid synthase ligand(sFasL),interleukin-17(IL-17) and thyroid autoantibody in children with autoimmune thyroid disease(AITD) and explore their correlation.Methods Ninety-seven children with AITD admitted to People′s Hospital of Deyang City from January 2015 to January 2017 were selected as the study subjects,including 41 cases of Hashimoto′s thyroiditis(TH) and 56 cases of Grave′s disease(GD),and 50 healthy volunteers during the same period were recruited as the control group.Serum levels of soluble fatty acid synthase ligand(sFasL) and interleukin-17(IL-17) were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Serum levels of thyroid autoantibodies TgAb and TPOAb were detected by chemiluminescence.Pearson test was used to analyze the correlation between sFasL and IL-17 and other factors.Results Compared with healthy children,the serum levels of sFasL,IL-17,TgAb and TPOAb in HT and GD groups were significantly higher(P<0.05).Pearson analysis showed that the serumlevels of sFasL were positively correlated with the levels of IL-17,TgAb and TPOAb(P<0.05),and the serum levels of IL-17 were positively correlated with the levels of sFasL,TgAb and TPOAb(P<0.05);the serum levels of sFasL,IL-17 and TgAb were positively correlated with the levels of TPOAb(P<0.05);and the serum levels of sFasL TPOAb level was the risk factor of AITD(P<0.05). Conclusion There are high levels of sFasL and IL-17 in children with AITD,which are positively correlated.Both of them are risk factors affecting the occurrence of AITD diseases,and may participate in the occurrence of AITD diseases together.
