摘要
目的:对川楝皮乙酯层的化学成分进行分离及鉴定。方法:运用硅胶柱色谱、小孔树脂(MCI)柱色谱、ODS反相柱、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱以及制备型高效液相等色谱方法对川楝皮乙酸乙酯层提取物化学成分进行分析,通过NMR、MS等波谱数据和理化性质鉴定化合物结构。结果:从川楝皮乙酯层分离得到6个化合物,分别为棕榈酸(1)、meliastatin 3(2)、toosendanone A(3)、24-甲基-胆甾-7,22-二烯-3β,5α,6β-三醇(4)、(2S,3S, 4R,10E)-2-[(2R)-2-羟基二十四烷酰氨基]-10-十八烷-1,3,4-三醇(5)、(+)-儿茶素(6)。结论:其中化合物(4)为首次从该植物中分离得到,化合物(5)为楝科植物中首次分离得到。
Objective:To separate and identify the chemical constituents of the barks of Melia toosendan.Methods:Ethyl acetate soluble extracts of the barks of Melia toosendan were separated and purified by silica gel,MCI,ODS,Sephadex LH-20 gel column chromatographies,and preparative HPLC.The structures of the compounds were identified by comparison their physicochemical properties,and spectroscopic data with those reported.Results: Six compounds were isolated and identified as palmitic acid(1),meliastatin 3(2),toosendanone A(3),24-methylcholesta-7,22-diene-3β,5α,6β-triol(4),(2S,3S,4R,10E)-2-[(2R)-2-hydroxytetracosanoy-lamino]10-octadecene-1,3,4-triol(5),and(+)-catechin(6),respectively.Conclusion:Compounds 4 was isolated from Melia toosendan and compound 5 from Meliaceae for the first time.
