Study on Aromatic Components in Essential oil of Taxillus Chinensis from Different Cold/hot Properties Hosts by GC-MS

摘要 目的:通过研究来自寒热药性不同的寄主药材柳枝、桂枝,及寄生其上的桑寄生的挥发性成分,探讨不同药性寄主对桑寄生挥发性成分的影响。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取桑寄生及寄主桂枝、柳枝的挥发性成分,用GC-MS进行分析鉴定,用峰面积归一化法测定各成分的相对含量,对样品的总离子流图进行比较。结果:柳树桑寄生识别鉴定挥发性成分68个,相对含量最高的2种挥发性成分分别为反式-橙花叔醇和芳樟醇,柳树桑寄生与其寄主柳枝共有的特征性成分为15个(桑寄生的相对总含量为7.520%);肉桂桑寄生识别鉴定挥发性成分52个,相对含量最高的两个挥发性成分分别为6,10,14-三甲基-十五烷-2-酮和8-庚癸烯,肉桂桑寄生与其寄主桂枝共有的特征性成分为9个(桑寄生的相对总含量为4.878%)。结论:不同寒、热药性寄主桑寄生的挥发性成分组成及含量不同,寄主会通过寄主和桑寄生之间的特殊寄生关系,将寄主的特征性挥发性成分由寄主向桑寄生转运。 Objective:In order to explore the influence of different cold/hot properties hosts on aromatic components in essential oil of Taxillus chinensis, aromatic components in essential oil of T.chinensis rooted in Salix babylonica and Cinnamomum cassia host were studied.Methods:The essential oils of T.chinensis(rooted in S.babylonica and C.cassia host),willow branch and cinnamon branch were extracted by steam distillation,then analyzed by GC-MS.The relative content of each component was determined by area normalization.The chromatogram of GC-MS total ion current chromatogram of essential oils from T.chinensis and its host plant were comparing.Results:A total of 68 aromatic components in essential oil of T.chinensis rooted in S.babylonica host were identified;and the top 2 chemical compounds of the highest relative content were(6 E)-3,7,11-Trimethyldodeca-1,6,10-trien-3-ol and Linalool.It was found that a total of 15 characteristic aromatic components shared in essential oil of willow branch and T.chinensis(rooted in S.babylonica host).The relative content of the 15 components in T.chinensis(rooted in S.babylonica host)was 7.520%.A total of 52 aromatic components in essential oil of T.chinensis rooted in C.cassia host were identified;and the top 2 chemical compounds of the highest relative content were 2-Pentadecanone,6,10,14-trimethyl-and 8-Heptadecene.A total of 9 characteristic aromatic components shared in essential oil of cinnamon branch and T.chinensis(rooted in C.cassia host),and the relative content of the 9 components in T.chinensis(rooted in C.cassia)was 4.878%.Conclusion:There were differences in constituent and content among aromatic components in essential oil of T.chinensis from different cold/hot properties hosts.Some characteristic aromatic components of host would be delivered to T.chinensis by the special parasitic relationship.
