温清并用法治疗慢性尿道炎验案二则

Two Cases of Chronic Urethritis Treated by Warming and Clearing Method

慢性尿道炎为临床常见病、多发病,目前尚无特效药。治疗上西医通常给予抗生素,但往往疗效不佳且易形成耐药性。慢性尿道炎多数以稳袭方式发病,少数急性发作以后转为慢性过程,病后常见症状有尿道不适、灼热、痒痛,有的有少量清亮分泌物、尿频、夜尿增多、下腹部不适、耻骨处痛,男性尚有阴囊、睾丸不适的症状。作者有幸跟随徐福松弟子卞廷松教授抄方学习,卞教授擅长运用温清并用法,自拟解毒温清汤加减辨证治疗慢性尿道炎,可在一定程度上缓解症状,疗效较为满意,其有一定推广价值。通过整理临床中典型案例二则,与同道共同探讨该病的治疗。

Chronic urethritis is a common and frequently-occurring disease in clinic,but there is no specific drug at present.Western medicine usually gives antibiotics in treatment,but often the effect is not good and easy to form drug resistance.Chronic urethritis mostly occurs in a stable way,and a few cases turn to chronic process after acute attack.The common symptoms after the attack are urethral discomfort,burning,itching pain,and a few clear secretions,frequent urination,increased nocturia,lower abdominal discomfort,pubic pain.Men still have symptoms of scrotal and testicular discomfort.The author has the honor to follow Professor Bian Tingsong,Xu Fusong′s disciple,to learn from the prescription.Bian Shi is good at using the method of combining Wen and Qing totreat chronic urethritis by self-made Jiedu Wenqing Decoction,which can alleviate symptoms to a certain extent.The curative effect is satisfactory and has certain popularization value.Through sorting out two typical cases in clinical practice,hoping to discuss the treatment of this disease with our colleagues.
