基于数据挖掘的针刺治疗儿童孤独症常用穴位、位点及疗效评价

Study of Acupoint Selection Rules and Evaluation Scale in Management of Children Autism Based on Data mining

目的:通过检索国内外针刺治疗儿童孤独症相关文献,制成针刺治疗儿童孤独症常用穴位、位点及疗效评价量表,分析相关效应机制,为下一步的临床科研总结经验并提供思路。方法:ABC量表和CARS量表的联合使用是目前使用最广泛的疗效评价手段。通过收集pubmed、中国知网、万方和维普4个数据库中针刺治疗儿童孤独症的文献,将穴位、位点及疗效评价量表录入到信息提取表中,采用数据挖掘技术,进行频次统计。结果:共纳入文献38篇,其中四神聪、四神针、智三针、颞三针、脑三针、手智针、舌三针、足智针、定神针,语言一、二、三区是目前文献中治疗孤独症出现频次最多的穴位及位点。结论:针刺治疗孤独症的机制可能与穴位、位点解剖组织结构的特异性及大脑功能区的生理病理有关联;通过量表的联合使用,可增强疗效评价的有效性。

Objective: To search and analyze literature on acupuncture treatment of children with autism,summarize the evaluation scales and acupoint of acupuncture treatment of children with autism,and analyze the mechanism which can provide ideas for the future clinical research.Methods:Clinical research papers on acupuncture in management of children autism were collected via computer from the pubmed、China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfant Database,Vip Database.All data were collected and put into Excel by using data mining technology.Results: a total of 38 references were include,Sishencong,Sishenzhen,ZhiSanZhen,NieSanZhen,Naosanzhen,Shousanzhen,Zhisanzhen,Shesanzhen,Dingshenzhen,languages areas,which were the highest frequency treatment of autism in the literature of acupuncture points,combined using of ABC scale and CARS scale was curative effect evaluation of method at present.Conclusion:The mechanism of acupuncture treatment for autism may be related to the specificity of acupoint,anatomical structure,the physiology and pathology of brain functional area.The effectiveness of the scale was improved by the combination of the scales.
