摘要
《原机启微》是元末明初医家倪维德所著,该书共分二卷。上卷按病因病机将眼部病证分为十八类;下卷为附方,对方剂组成、主治、方解作了详细说明。倪氏对上卷18类眼病的病因病机以阴阳立论,以气血为根,以脾胃为基,以经络为本进行分析,此外还非常重视火邪病机,颇具特色。对其病因病机特点进行了总结。
"Yuanjiqiwei" was written by Ni Weide,a doctor at the end of the Yuan Dynasty.The book is divided into two volumes.The upper volume is divided into 18 categories according to the cause and pathogenesis;the lower volume is attached to the side,and the composition,indications and solutions of the other agent are described in detail.Ni′s analysis of the etiology and pathogenesis of 18 types of eye diseases is based on yin and yang,with qi and blood as the root,spleen and stomach as the basis,and meridian as the basis.In addition,it also attaches great importance to the pathogenesis of fire and evil,which is quite distinctive.This article summarizes the characteristics of its etiology and pathogenesis.
