分子版治未病——基于中医药理学与新一代技术装备的精准中医学发展前瞻 被引量:14

Molecular Edition for Preventive Treatment of Disease——Prospects for the Development of Precision Traditional Chinese Medicine Based on TCM Pharmacology (TCM Property Theory) and Next Generation Technical Equipment

摘要 中医治未病的本质是健康管理,分子版治未病是新一代中医精准健康管理。本文针对传统中医药理学与治未病的发展现状和瓶颈问题,以及系统生物学、新一代信息技术等在中医治未病领域应用的可行性和用途,探索建立基于中医药理学与分子生物学、新一代中医药技术装备的分子版治未病知识网络体系--中医精准健康管理系统的理论框架、技术方法与临床应用体系,客观描述和评价"病-证-症"之间及其与各种致病因素之间的复杂相互关系,实现传统中医治未病的客观化辨识、生物学大数据分析、精准化健康管理和干预,为建立具有中医药特色的中医精准健康管理体系(precise health management system of Traditional Chinese medicine,PHMS-TCM)提供全新的思路和解决方案。 The essence of preventive treatment of disease in traditional Chinese medicine is health management,and preventive treatment of disease by molecular edition is a new generation of precise health management of TCM. In this paper,the current situation and bottlenecks of TCM pharmacology (TCM property theory) and preventive treatment of disease,as well as feasibility and application of molecular biology and new generation information technology in preventive treatment of TCM were discussed. We’re trying to explore the establishment of theoretical framework,technical method and clinical application system of accurate health management system of TCM,a molecular version of disease prevention knowledge network system based on TCM property theory and systems biology and the next generation of TCM technologyequipment,so as to achievethe objective description of the complex interrelationship between TCM disease-syndrome-symptom and various pathogenic factors,and the objective identification,scientific analysis of biological big data,precise health management and intervention of TCM. We have put forward new ideas and solutions for the establishment of precise health management system of Traditional Chinese medicine (PHMS-TCM) with TCM characteristics.
