气相色谱法测定玩具色母中八种苯系物不确定度评定

Uncertainty Evaluation of Eight Benzene Series Compounds in Toy Color Masterbatch by Gas Chromatrophy Detection

玩具色母经乙酸乙酯溶解提取后,采用直接进样法通过安装HP-Innowax的气相色谱仪检测苯、甲苯、乙苯、间二甲苯、对二甲苯、异丙苯、邻二甲苯、苯乙烯等八种苯系物(BTEX)含量。该方法操作简单,八种苯系物分离效果好,曲线相关系数在0.995~0.999之间,可以满足固态玩具色母中苯系物的测定。对测定过程中产生的不确定度来源进行分析和评定,得出影响测定结果不确定度的主要因素:标准溶液配制、标准曲线拟合和样品测量重复性。

The extraction of toy color masterbatch extracted by ethyl acetate was directly detected by Gas Chromatrophy with HP-Innowax capillary column.This method is easy to operate with excellent separation effect of benzene series compounds(BTEX)and good correlation coefficients,which can satisfy the requirements of BTEX determination.This article analyzes and evaluates the uncertainty factors appearing in the testing.The major influence factors come from standard solutions preparations,standard curve fitting and sample measurement repeatability.
