用挂片试验验证影响空心铜导线在内冷水中腐蚀的因素

Factors to Make Hollow Copper Wires Corroded by Inner-cooled Water Verified by the Hanging Test

为了防止空心铜导线在内冷水中的腐蚀,通过挂片试验对腐蚀影响因素进行验证。试验结果表明,空心铜导线在内冷水中的腐蚀影响因素从大到小的排序为pH值、氧含量和温度。

In order to prevent from corrosion of the hollow copper wires in inner-cooled water,the hanging test is adopted to verify main factors to affect the corrosion.The test result shows that the consequence of the factors to affect corrosion is pH value,oxygen contents and temperature,sorted from large to small.
