Application of Tecnomatix into Assembling Technology of the Lead Line in Large-size Generators

介绍上海发电机厂在500 MW级水氢氢燃气轮发电机出线装配安装过程,应用T ecn o m atix软件进行工艺仿真和优化的过程。仿真优化结果表明,应用Tecnom atix,使工艺人员有可能在虚拟环境中进行工艺设计。并验证了该产品结构和装配工艺的合理性,达到了在工艺开发阶段尽早发现和解决问题的目的。

The Tecnomatix software is applied to perform technological simulation and further optimization during assembling process of the lead line of the 500 MW water-hydrogen-hydrogen generator in Shanghai Generator Plant.Simulation optimization results show that the process engineer is able to design process scheme,verify feasibility of the product construction and determine reasonability of assembling process in a virtual environment,in order to achieve goals that finding and solving the problem as earlier as possible.
