摘要
将硫酸小诺霉素制备成纳米微胶囊,与刚果红一起装载到介孔SiO2的孔道中,将硫酸小诺霉素纳米微胶囊-刚果红-介孔Si O2均匀包覆在细菌纤维素与海藻酸钠形成的三维网状结构中制备凝胶液,将凝胶液涂布在纸基上制成显色抗菌蔗糖包装纸。测定显色抗菌蔗糖包装纸的力学性能、抗菌性能和显色性能。结果表明,显色抗菌蔗糖包装纸具有较好的力学性能、抗菌性能和显色性能,食用者可通过包装纸的颜色变化来快速、准确地识别蔗糖是否腐败变质,同时其抗菌作用可有效防止蔗糖腐败变质,延长保存期限。
Nano-microcapsules were prepared by using micronomicin sulfate, and loaded with Congo red into the pore canal of mesoporous silica. The gel solution was prepared coating the nano-microcapsules of micronomicin sulfate-Congo red-mesoporous silica uniformly in the three-dimensional network structure formed by bacterial cellulose and sodium alginate. The color antibacterial sucrose wrapping paper was made by coating the gel solution on the paper base. The mechanical property, antibacterial property and color property of the color antibacterial sucrose wrapping paper were measured. The results indicated the color antibacterial sucrose wrapping paper had good mechanical properties, antibacterial properties and color properties, users could quickly and accurately identify whether sucrose has deteriorated or not by the color changing of the wrapping paper. The antibacterial action of the wrapping paper could effectively prevent the corruption and deterioration of sucrose, and extend storage life.
