海南栽培肾茶的19种抗菌活性测试

19 Types of Antimicrobial Activity from Clerodendranthus spicatus(Thunb.) C.Y. Wu

为探究海南栽培肾茶的抗菌活性,采用96孔板法对栽培肾茶乙酸乙酯部分粗提取物进行19种抗菌活性测试,发现肾茶粗提取物对结核分枝杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌ATCC 29213、鲍曼不动杆菌BAA 1605、鲍曼不动杆菌(BAA 1605+Col 0.1μmol/L)、鲍曼不动杆菌(BAA 1605+Rif 0.1μmol/L)、绿脓杆菌27853、绿脓杆菌(27853+Sceptrin 0.1μmol/L)有大于100%的抑制活性。但对金黄色葡萄球菌ATCC 700699、粪链球菌ATCC 29212、粪链球菌ATCC 51299、屎肠球菌ATCC 35667、屎肠球菌ATCC 700221、鲍曼不动杆菌BAA 747、肺炎克雷伯氏菌13883、大肠杆菌25922、白色念球菌(酵母形态)、白念球菌(菌丝形态)、金黄色葡萄球菌ATCC 29213、金黄色葡萄球菌ATCC 29213无抑制率。研究对栽培肾茶中19种抗菌活性进行探讨。

In order to research 19 types of antimicrobial activity from Clerodendranthus spicatus(Thunb.) C.Y. Wu, the experiment implemented 96-well plates to determine the antimicrobial activity of the extract of ethyl acetate extracted from Clerdodendranthus spicatus by taking the extract to test with each type of bacterial strain(19 in total). The result shows the extract of ethyl acetate has effect of 100% inhibitory activity to M. tuberculosis, S. aureus ATCC 29213, A. baumannii (BAA 1605+Col 0.1 μmol/L), A. baumannii(BAA 1605), A. baumannii(BAA 1605+Rif 0.1 μmol/L), P. aeruginosa 27853 and P. aeruginosa(27853+Sceptrin 0.1 μmol/L). The result shows the extractant of ethyl acetate has no inhibitory activity to S. aureus ATCC 700699, E. faecalis ATCC 29212, E. faecalis ATCC 51299, E. faecium ATCC 35667, E. faecium ATCC 700221, A. baumannii BAA 747, K. pneumoniae 13883, E. coli 25922, Candida albicans(yeast form), Candida albicans(hyphae form), S.aureus ATCC 29213 stationary phase persister, and S. aureus ATCC 29213 biofilm. The analytical experiment raises the discussion of the determination to the Clerodendranthus spicatus compounds types.
