摘要
建立高效液相色谱检测食品接触材料中山梨醇类成核剂1, 2, 3-三脱氧-4, 6:5, 7-双-0-[(4-丙苯基)亚甲基]-壬醇的方法。对其色谱条件进行探索,得到最佳分析条件:色谱柱TC-C18,流动相采用水和甲醇(体积比1︰1),检测波长210 nm,流速1.0 mL/min,进样量10μL,柱温30℃。在最佳分析条件下,其方法重现性好,方法检出限为0.2 mg/kg。迁移试验是在70℃、2 h条件下进行的,共选用4种食品模拟物(4%乙酸、10%乙醇、95%乙醇、正己烷),其中油基食品模拟物(正己烷作替代)的最佳提取溶剂为乙腈-水(体积比1︰1)。食品接触材料(一次性饭盒、一次性碗碟、塑料模具、水杯、吸管)中迁移出的1, 2, 3-三脱氧-4, 6:5, 7-双-0-[(4-丙苯基)亚甲基]-壬醇的量采用高效液相色谱分析检测。最终发现所选样品均未检出1, 2, 3-三脱氧-4, 6:5, 7-双-0-[(4-丙苯基)亚甲基]-壬醇。
A method for the determination of nonitol, 1, 2, 3-trideoxy-4, 6: 5, 7-bis-O-[(4-propylphenyl) methylene] in food contact materials by high performance liquid chromatography was established. The chromatographic condition was explored, and the optimum analytical condition was as follows: TC-C18 of chromatographic column, the mobile phase composed of water and methanol with a volume ratio of 1︰1, detection wavelength of 210 nm, flow rate of 1.0 mL/min, injection volume of 10 μL, and column temperature of 30 ℃. Under the best analytical condition, the method had good reproducibility. Four food simulators(4% acetic acid, 10% ethanol, 95% ethanol and n-hexane) were selected for the migration experiment at 70 ℃, and kept at the temperature for 2 h. The best extractant of oil-based food simulator(n-hexane) was acetonitrile-water(volume ratio 1︰1). The amount of nonitol, 1, 2, 3-trideoxy-4, 6: 5, 7-bis-O-[(4-propylphenyl) methylene] removed from food contact materials(disposable lunch boxes, disposable dishes, plastic moulds, water cups, and straws) was determined by high performance liquid chromatography. It was found that nonitol, 1, 2, 3-trideoxy-4, 6: 5, 7-bis-O-[(4-propylphenyl) methylene] was not detected in the selected samples.
