在中国传统的玉雕与首饰设计中,从业者几乎把全部的精力都用在如何提高作品外观精美度等方面,而对其软性部分,尤其对作品所蕴含的精神内核很少关注,这就使很多观赏者只明其表,而不解其意。当然,对一件雕刻或首饰作品来说,追求精美的外观造型无可厚非,也非常必要。但我们不能顾此失彼,在重其"形"的前提下,也要重之魄。
