骨科专业住院医师规范化培训现状总结与思考

Summary and reflection of orthopedic standardized residency training

住院医师规范化培训(住培)是毕业后医学教育的重要组成部分,内容包括学员教育、师资建设、制度指定、政策实施、人文素质培养等多个方面。院校教育模式复杂,骨科医师的毕业后培养与教学周期长、任务重、涉及面广。有效的骨科专业培养模式是提高骨科专业培训同质化的重要方法,也是毕业后医学教育的重要组成部分。中国科学院大学宁波华美医院是国家级住培基地,也是浙江省首批骨科专业培训基地,教学工作自开展至今,从师资团队建设到教学模式持续改革完善,在数年的探索中前进,并取得部分成果。本文就骨科专业住培存在的问题与现状进行总结与思考,同时针对本院骨科专业培训模式、教学设备、师资建设等进行总结反思,拟进一步提高日后培训质量,全面优化骨科专业培训工作。

Standardized residency training is an important part of post-graduate medical education, including residents’ education, teaching faulty construction, system designation, policy implementation, and humanistic quality cultivation. Because of the multiplicity of medical education, the training and teaching of post-graduate orthopedic doctors are characterized by long cycle, heavy tasks and wide involvement. Effective orthopedic training patterns are important to improve the homogeneity of orthopedic residency training and essential for post-graduate medical education. Hwa Mei Hospital, University of Chinese Academy of Sciences is one of national standardized residency training center, as well as one of the first professional training bases for orthopedics in Zhejiang Province. With unremitting efforts and explorations, our work in orthopedic standardized training has progressed magnificently since it’s conducted. This article is mainly about the present problems encountered in our teaching work during orthopedic standardized training and a summary of orthopedic training patterns, teaching attachments and teaching faculty construction was made, in the hope that we could further improve the quality of our training work and optimize orthopedic standardized residency training of.
