摘要
为激励临床医师提高教学能力,有必要建立专业化和客观化的评价体系,完善全程质量监控体系。上海交通大学附属第一人民医院在国内首先引入教学型医师培养模式,在近几年的实施过程中得到了良好的反馈和绩效评价。本文通过教学理念革新、设置教学型医师类型、培养亚专科教学型医师梯队、建立教学型医师培训课程考核和评价体系以及教学型医师激励机制5个方面重点论述以教学型医师培养为思路构建科室的教育建设,从而切实有效地提高我国青年临床教师的教学技能、教学方法和课堂教学组织能力,有利于强化住院医师实践能力,使住院医师和教师在临床技能教学过程中都获得提升。
In order to motivate physicians to improve their clinical teaching abilities, it is necessary to establish a professional and objective evaluation system in clinical education. Our hospital was the first to introduce the mode of "teaching physicians" and has obtained good feedback in recent years. This paper focused on five expects of the teaching philosophy in teacher training, which included training concept reforms, setting the types of teaching physicians, training sub-specialist teaching physicians, standardizing the professional evaluation standards on teaching physicians and establishing teaching physician training courses as well as incentive mechanisms. In this way, it could not only promote the young physicians’ teaching abilities effectively, but also strengthen the clinical practice abilities of medical students. As a result, both the students and teachers could benefit from the teaching process.
