摘要
住院医师规范化培训是培养具有良好职业道德、掌握扎实医学理论知识和临床技能的临床医师及培养高水平医学专业人才的重要手段,也是毕业后医学教育的重要组成部分。南昌大学第三附属医院2008年成为全国住院医师规范化培训试点医院,2014年成为全国第一批国家级培训基地,成为最早一批开展住院医师规范化培训工作的医院之一。本院共有内科、外科、全科、儿科等22个专业基地,招收的学员逐年增多,目前共培养467人,连续3年招收学员超80人,目前在培人数234。医务科是具体负责组织实施全院的医疗、教学、科研、外事等业务工作职能部门,是联系与协调院内外业务工作的枢纽。本院的住培工作由医务科直接管理安排,取得了不错的成绩,本文就本院住院医师规范化培训管理工作进行论述。
Standardized residency training is an important way to cultivate high-level medical professionals, which helps medical graduates master medical theoretical knowledge and clinical skills. It is also an important part of post-graduate medical education. Our hospital became a pilot hospital for standardized residency training in 2008, and became one of the first national training bases in 2014. There are 22 professional training bases in our hospital, including internal medicine, surgery, general practice, pediatrics, etc. Total 467 residents have finished their training here, and more than 80 students were enrolled each year in recent three years. At present, the number of students in training is 234.The Medical Department is responsible for organizing and coordinating the work of clinical practice, teaching, scientific research, and foreign affairs of the hospital. It is the hub for contacting and coordinating the business both inside and outside the hospital. Standardized residency training in our hospital was directly arranged by the medical department, and has achieved good results. This article discussed the standardized residency training management of in our hospital.
