摘要
日用陶瓷杯使用过程中把手脱落给消费者带来严重安全隐患,为此我们研制了一台日用陶瓷杯把手牢固度试验装置。通过对不同材质的日用陶瓷杯分别采用静置加载荷法和重力式冲击法进行把手牢固度测试,经过对试验数据分析,表明所研制的试验装置及测试方法能有效反映出产品把手牢固度的状况。该装置测试要求简单,操作方便,通用性强,为生产企业质量控制有指导意义。
The handle falling off during the use of domestic ceramic cups brings serious safety risks to consumers. For this reason, we have developed a domestic ceramic cup handle firmness test device. The handle firmness test was carried out by using the static load method and the gravity impact method for the domestic ceramic cups of different materials. After analyzing the test data, it was shown that the developed test device and test method can effectively reflect the handle firmness of the product. The device has simple test requirements, convenient operation and strong versatility. It has guiding significance for quality control of production enterprises.
