The Analysis of Collaboration Capacity of Authors,Organizations and Countries of the Individual Patient Data Meta Analysis

目的:分析单个病例数据Meta分析(individual patient data meta analysis,IPDMA)的作者、研究机构和国家之间的合作能力。方法:检索主要英文数据库获取IPDMA,依据纳入排除标准选取IPDMA。用Excel软件提取作者、研究机构和国家等信息,用BICOMS 2软件对提取的作者、研究机构和国家等信息进行整理,然后利用NetDraw绘制作者、研究机构和国家网络社会关系图。结果:共有来自69个国家,2353个研究机构的1588名作者参与了558篇IPDMA撰写,发文前3位的国家是英国、美国和荷兰,发文前3位研究机构是牛津大学、悉尼大学和多伦多大学,发文前3位的作者是Pignon JP、Clarke M和Burdett S,32名作者形成2个研究团队,59个研究机构和69个国家之间均有合作。结论:IPDMA研究在国家和研究机构之间分布不平衡,欧洲和北美洲的国家和研究机构占据主导地位。

Objective:To analysis the collaboration capacity of authors,organizations and countries of the Individual Patient Data Meta Analysis(IPDMA).Methods:We searched main English database access to English IPDMA,and the IPDMA were included based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria.The data extraction sheet was established by Excel software,the name and number of authors,organizations and countries were extracted.The BICOMS 2 software was used to manage the related information on the authors,organizations and countries.The NetDraw software was used to reduce the network of authors,organizations and countries.Results:558 IPDMA were analyzed,which were finished by 69 countries,2353 organizations,and 1588 authors,the top three countries were United Kingdom,United States and Netherlands,the top three organizations were University of Oxford,University of Sydney and University of Toronto,the top three authors were Pignon JP,Clarke M and Burdett S.The 32 authors formed two cooperative groups,at the same time,there were cooperation among the 59 organizations and 69 counties.Conclusion:There were imbalance between the countries and organizations in the number of IPDMA,and most of IPDMA was came from the countries and organizations of Europe and North America.
