摘要
通过马歇尔试验、浸水马歇尔试验、真空饱水马歇尔试验以及冻融劈裂试验,研究不同浸水条件对温拌泡沫沥青混合料和常规热拌沥青混合料水稳定性能的影响;依据表面能理论分析了沥青混合料的水损害原理。研究结果表明:泡沫沥青混合料在水侵蚀与压力的作用下,随着水对混合料劣化作用的逐渐提升,两种混合料的水稳定性有所下降,温拌泡沫沥青混合料的破坏荷栽值略低于热拌沥青混合料,其各项水稳定性能参数均满足规范要求。
The effects of different immersion conditions on the water stability of warm mixed foam asphalt mixture and conventional hot mixed asphalt mixture were studied by Marshall test,water-immersed Marshall test,vacuum-saturated Marshall test and freeze-thaw split test.According to the surface energy theory,the principle of water damage of asphalt mixture was analyzed.The results show that under the action of water erosion and pressure,the water-stable stability of the two mixtures decreases with the effect of water on the deterioration of the mixture.The failure load value of the warm mixed foam asphalt mixture is slightly lower than that of the hot mixed asphalt mixture,and all of its various water stability energy-parameters meet the requirements of the specification.
