Design and Application Technology of L-shaped Folding End Formwork for Tunnel Lining Trolley

隧道衬砌防排水工序的施工质量至关重要,尤其是衬砌施工缝处的施工过程质量问题必将对其实体强度及后期运营造成巨大影响,留下严重的安全隐患.衬砌台车端头模板的设计和使用方法是决定施工缝处混凝土强度、防排水质量是否合格的主要因素.本文结合新建成兰铁路跃龙门隧道在衬砌台车L型折页式端头模板的创新设计及施工应用的介绍,探讨衬砌施工缝处混凝土施工工艺和防排水的质量控制要点,该方法在一定程度上解决了相应的技术难题,施工效果显著,可为同类隧道工程施工提供有益借鉴.

The construction quality of waterproof and drainage process for tunnel lining is very important.In particular,the construction quality of lining construction joints will have a great impact on its physical strength and later operation,leading serious security risks.There are main factors to determine the strength of concrete at construction joints and the quality of waterproof and drainage on designing and using the formwork end of the lining trolley.Based on the introduction of innovative design and construction application of L-shaped folding end formwork for lining trolley in Yuelongmen Tunnel of newly-built Chengdu-Lanzhou Railway,this paper discussed the construction technology of concrete at lining construction joints and the quality control points of waterproof and drainage.The method has solved the corresponding technical problems to some extent,and the construction effect is remarkable.It can provide useful reference for similar tunnel construction.
