摘要 以宣杭铁路改建工程湖州特大桥架设施工为例,系统介绍了一种用于大跨度钢桁梁架设的多点浮托顶推施工技术.通过实施经验,系统总结了该方法的工艺原理、工艺流程、主要施工设施和主要操作步骤.研究针对浮托顶推的施工技术进行了合理优化,改变以往前端浮托只采用一个支点的方法,改为采用多支点浮托,并通过优化自爬行顶推系统、方向及定位控制系统等技术,进一步拓展了该方法的应用范围,丰富了施工经验,对修建同类桥梁具有重要的指导意义和借鉴意义.研究中发现浮托顶推技术中的姿态控制是施工难点,对于如何有效地预警和实施控制尚需进一步研究. With the example of Huzhou Bridge of Xuanhang Railway Reconstruction Project,a multi-point floating jacking construction technology for large-sjxan steel truss girder was introduced.The process principle,process flow,main construction facilities and main operation steps of the method were summarized through the implementation experience system.The research carried out reasonable optimization for the construction technology of floating support pushing,changed the previous front-end floating support using only one pivot point,adopted multi-support floating support,and further optimized the selfcrawling pushing system,direction and positioning control system,etc.The application scope of the method was expanded,the construction experience was enriched,it had important significance for guiding similar bridges.In the research,it is found that the direction control in the multi-point floating support launching technology is a construction difficulty.Further research is needed on how to effectively monitor and implement the control.
