新型轻质保温混凝土的试验研究

摘要 为开发新型轻质保温混凝土材料,采用膨胀珍珠岩为粗骨料,玻化微珠为细骨料,加入天然麻绳植物纤维改善材料保水蓄水性能,使用正交分析法确定4因素3水平的9组试验方案,每组混凝土试块进行28d标准养护,并进行立方体抗压强度检测试验和导热系数测试试验.试验结果表明:玻化微珠和珍珠岩两类保温材料的合理复合使用,可以降低混凝土的导热系数,导热系数最优可达到0.139,同时拥有一定的抗压强度,可应用于墙体保温和屋面保温,实现轻质保温. For the development of new lightweight thermal insulation of concrete material,the expanded perlite isusedas aggregate,vitrified beads as fine aggregate,adding natural hemp fiber is to improve the water storage properties,the orthogonal analysis method is applied to determine the four factors three levels 9 group testing scheme,each group of concrete test block is cured for 28 days standardly with tests on the cube compressive strengthand coefficient of thermal conductivity.The test results show that the reasonable combination of glass bubbles and perlite insulation materials can reduce the thermal conductivity of concrete,and the optimal thermal conductivity can reach to 0.139.Meanwhile,it has certain compressive strength and can be applied to wall insulation and roof insulation-lightweight thermal insulation.
