天津既有居住建筑住户自主节能改造调研与优化建议 被引量:1

摘要 在既有居住建筑改造中积极运用适宜的节能措施将为城市带来社会﹑经济﹑环境等多重效益.以天津市居民为研究对象,通过实地调研﹑深度访谈﹑问卷调查等方式,对居民自主进行的节能改造展开调查与统计,探究影响住宅节能改造的主要因素,研究表明:提升热舒适度是促使改造行为发生的最主要动机因素,而改造过程中新节能理念与产品的推广﹑材料获取﹑邻里影响﹑家人支持等因素均对改造的实施具有较强的影响作用;根据分析结果,从改造整体思路梳理﹑改造前政策激励﹑改造中技术支持﹑改造后反馈与评价四个方面提出改造建议,为进一步推动住户高效的自主节能改造﹑构建节能宜居的居住环境提供参考. Active use of appropriate energy-saving measures in the retrofitting of residential buildings will bring social,economic and environmental benefits to the city.Taking Tianjin residents as the research object,through field investigation,in-depth interview and questionnaire survey,this paper investigates the ways of retrofits,analyzes the motivation and factors that influencing the energy-saving retrofitting from the perspective of the occupants.The result shows that indoor thermal comfort is the top one factor to the retrofits.Besides,the new energy-saving concept,product promotion,material acquisition,neighborhood influence,and family support also have a strong influence on the implementation of the retrofits.Therefore,according to the analysis results,it is of great practical significance to propose the reform suggestions in four aspects of overall reform thinking,policy incentives,technical support,and post-retrofitting feedback,which can provide a reference for promoting the residents’energy-saving retrofits in future,and contribute to build a better living environment for all residents.
