绿色建筑全过程管理制度研究

Whole Process Management System of Green Building

我国正在处于绿色建筑规模化发展的关键时期,构建完善的绿色建筑管理制度能为实现绿色建筑全面高质量发展提供保障.当前绿色建筑全过程管理机制尚未建立,在一定程度上制约了我国绿色建筑的发展.基于实践分析了我国绿色建筑管理制度建设情况,并借鉴国外绿色建筑评价管理方法,分析当前我国绿色建筑管理中存在的问题.在此基础上,结合绿色建筑评价最新要求,提出我国绿色建筑管理制度设计要点,并设计绿色建筑全过程管控环节及配套管理制度,为政府提供政策参考.

China is in a critical period of large-scale development of green buildings,so building a complete green building management system is the guarantee for the comprehensive and high-quality development of green buildings.However,at present,the lack of a complete green building management system restricts the development of green buildings to a certain extent in China.Based on the practice,this paper analyzes the construction of China’s green building management system and draws on the foreign green building evaluation management method to analyze the problems existing in China’s green building management.On this basis,the key to the design of China’s green building management system is proposed.The whole process management system and control system of green building are designed to provide a policy reference for the government.
