电子材料是电子信息产业链的前端,是通信、计算机及网络、数字音视频等系统和终端产品发展的基础,对于电子信息产业的技术创新和做大做强有着重要的支撑作用。本研究结合电子材料产业的需求,重点选取高性能覆铜板和电子陶瓷材料两大分支,从专利申请趋势、主要技术专利状况、重点申请人和发明人、转让、联合申请、引证关系、诉讼、引进、竞争对手专利布局等方面进行专利分析,并结合产业、学术和政策信息,分析电子材料产业、企业专利现状和态势,得出电子材料产业的现状定位、发展方向,给出产业布局、专利战略规划等方面意见和建议。

Electronic materials are the front end of the electronic information industrial chain.They are the basis of the development of systems and terminal products of communications,computers and networks,digital audio and video,and play an important supporting role for the technological innovation and expansion for the electronic information industry.This study integrating the needs from the electronic materials industry with academic information and government policy,focusing on two branches of highperformance copper clad laminates and electronic ceramic materials,researches from the perspective of patent application trends,major technology patents,key applicants and inventors,transfer,joint applications,citation relationships,litigation,patent introduction,competitor patent layout,etc.,and analyzes the current states and situation of electronic materials industry and enterprise patents.The study makes a clear statement on the the status quo and development direction of the electronic materials industry and gives suggestions for the industrial distribution and strategic planning.
