摘要
权利要求布局层级在行使专利权利和保障专利权的稳定性方面都至关重要。本文归纳了独立权利要求的关联关系,并提出从属权利要求的布局两大关键考虑因素,提出布局从属权利要求的可操作性步骤,并结合案例进行方法论证。
The hierarchy of claims is critical in exercising patent rights and safeguarding the stability of patent rights.This paper summarizes the relationship between the independent claims,then proposes two key considerations of the layout of the dependent claims and the operability steps of the layout dependent claims,and combines the case to demonstrate the method.
