全球石墨炔专利现状及发展趋势分析 被引量:1

摘要 石墨炔是一种全新的碳族材料,1968年著名理论家Baughman通过理论计算证实了石墨炔结构的存在,2010年我国中科院院士李玉良团队在世界上首次大规模制备出了石墨炔薄膜。本文统计分析了石墨炔相关专利申请的时间、地域、主体、技术等专利信息,概述了石墨炔的制备、掺杂、复合功能化以及应用方面的专利技术发展信息,揭示了石墨炔技术的未来发展趋势,为国内科研院所和企业在石墨炔领域的基础研究以及产业应用提供参考。 Graphyne is a new kind of carbon material In 1968,the famous theorist Baughman confirmed the existence of graphyne structure through theoretical calculation.In 2010,Academician of Chinese Academy of Sciences,LI Yuliang,made the first large-scale preparation of graphyne film in the world.In this paper,we analysis the graphyne patent application information of time,region,applicant and technology and summarize the graphyne patent technology information of preparation,functionalization such as doping and composite and application,the results reveal the future development trend and provide reference for domestic scientific research institutions and enterprises to do some basic research and industrial application in the field of graphyne.
