膝关节镜下前叉韧带重建术的整体护理措施及护理质量评价

Comprehensive Nursing Measures and Quality Evaluation of Anterior Cruciate Ligament Reconstruction in Knee Joint

目的研究膝关节镜下前交叉韧带重建术的整体护理措施以护理质量。方法在该院2018年2月-2019年4月收治的膝关节镜下前交叉韧带重建术患者中选取93例开展研究,按照挂号末尾数的奇偶性分为观察组与对照组,观察组47例,对照组46例,对照组采用传统护理,观察组采用综合护理,对比两组患者膝关节功能评分、术后并发症的发生状况以及临床整体护理效果。结果观察组与对照组比较,膝关节两项功能评分均较高、术后并发症的发生率显著较低,临床整体护理效果较好,各项对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在膝关节镜下前交韧带重建术中采用综合护理措施,提升患者的膝关节功能恢复状况,降低术后并发症的发生,提升整体临床护理效果,在实际临床中有较高的运用价值,应该进一步推广。

Objective To study the nursing quality of anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction in knee joint. Methods 93 patients with arthroscopic anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction were studied in our hospital from February 2018 to April 2019. They were divided into observation group and control group according to the oddity of the registered end number, 47 cases in the observation group, 46 cases in the control group. The control group used traditional nursing and the observation group used comprehensive nursing to compare the knee joint function score, the occurrence of postoperative complications and the clinical overall nursing effect of the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the two functional scores of knee joint were higher, the incidence of postoperative complications was significantly lower, the clinical overall nursing effect was better, and the contrast differences were more significant(P >0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive nursing measures adopted in the anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction under the knee joint mirror to improve the patient’s knee function recovery, reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications, and enhance the overall clinical nursing effect. It has a high application value in actual clinical practice and should be further promoted.
