分析基于加速康复外科理念的早期冷敷应用于踝关节周围骨折患者护理中的价值

To Analyze the Value of Early Cold Compress Based on the Concept of Accelerated Rehabilitation Surgery in the Nursing of Patients with Ankle Peri-articular Fracture

目的分析探讨对于踝关节周围骨折患者,在骨折早期利用基于加速康复外科理念的早期冷敷治疗,其具体治疗方法以及临床治疗效果。方法病例选取时间段为2016年2月-2019年2月,选取单位为该院骨二科,病例数为72例。将其按照双盲原则分组后,每组36例患者。对照组采取常规护理,观察组采取基于加速康复外科理念的早期冷敷治疗,对比两组患者治疗效果。结果手术后,两组患者AOFAS评分分别(75.7±9.9)分、(69.2±7.5)分,两组患者AOFAS评分均得到改善,观察组患者评分改善更为明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论踝关节周围骨折发生后,应及时进行冷敷,处理骨折部位的软组织情况,同时在围手术期内结合加速康复外科理念进行护理,有助于提高患者的手术效果,改善患者的生活质量。

Objective To analyze and discuss the early cold compress treatment based on the concept of accelerated rehabilitation surgery for ankle peri-articular fracture, its specific treatment methods and clinical effect. Methods From February 2016 to February 2019, 72 cases were selected from the second orthopaedic department of our hospital. After grouping them according to the principle of double blindness, there were 36 patients in each group. The control group received routine nursing, while the observation group received early cold compress treatment based on the concept of accelerated rehabilitation surgery. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results After operation, the AOFAS scores of the two groups were(75.7±9.9)pints and(69.2±7.5)pints. The AOFAS scores of the two groups were improved, especially in the observation group(P<0.05). Conclusion After the occurrence of peri-ankle fracture, cold compress should be carried out in time to deal with the soft tissue condition of the fracture site. At the same time, perioperative nursing combined with the concept of accelerated rehabilitation surgery is helpful to improve the operation effect and quality of life of patients.
