精细化护理干预在糖尿病足导诊门诊中的护理研究及对满意率的影响研究

Nursing Research on Fine Nursing Intervention in Diabetic Foot Guidance Clinic and Its Impact on Satisfaction Rate

目的探讨精细化护理干预在糖尿病足导诊门诊中的护理及对满意率的影响。方法选择2017年5月-2019年5月糖尿病足患者60例分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上进行精细化护理干预,1个月护理后对患者效果进行评估,比较两组患者的餐前和餐后3 h的血糖水平和护理满意度评分。结果观察组精细化护理干预1个月后餐前和餐后3 h的血糖水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组精细化护理干预1个月后护理满意度评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论精细化护理干预在治疗糖尿病足中,有利于有效降低患者血糖,能提高护理满意度,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of fine nursing intervention on satisfaction rate in diabetic foot guidance clinic.Methods 60 patients with diabetic foot from May 2017 to May 2019 were divided into control group and observation group, 30 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given meticulous nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. After one month of nursing, the effect of the patients was evaluated. The blood sugar level and nursing satisfaction score of the two groups before and after meals were compared. Results The blood sugar level of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05) before and after 1 month of fine nursing intervention, and the nursing satisfaction score of the observation group after 1 month of fine nursing intervention was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Fine nursing intervention in the treatment of diabetic foot, is conducive to effectively reduce blood sugar, can improve nursing satisfaction, worthy of promotion and application.
