精神分裂症合并双下肢功能退缩患者的治疗护理

Therapeutic Care of Patients with Schizophrenia Complicated with Lower Extremity Function Withdrawal

目的探讨精神分裂症合并双下肢功能退缩患者的治疗护理方法与效果。方法选取该院收治的精神分裂症合并双下肢功能退缩患者66例进行研究,入选时间为2018年1月-2019年2月,采用双色球分组法分组,两组各33例,两组均给予药物治疗,常规护理对对照组患者进行干预,综合护理对观察组患者进行干预,比较两组患者的护理效果及满意度。结果观察组患者的PANSS评分、PSQI评分、Fugl-Meyer评分均优于对照组,观察组护理满意度高于对照组,两组数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论精神分裂症合并双下肢功能退缩患者治疗期间给予综合护理,可有效改善患者的睡眠质量与精神状态,促进双下肢运动功能恢复,效果显著。

Objective To explore the treatment and effect of schizophrenia combined with patients with both lower extremity function withdrawal. Methods Sixty-six patients with schizophrenia complicated with lower extremity function retraction admitted to our hospital were enrolled. The enrollment time was from January 2018 to February 2019. Grouped by two-color ball grouping, 33 cases in each group, both groups were given Drug treatment, routine nursing intervention in the control group, comprehensive nursing intervention in the observation group, comparing the nursing effect and satisfaction of the two groups of patients. Results PANSS score, PSQI score and Fugl-Meyer score were better in the observation group than in the control group. The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group. The difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing care for patients with schizophrenia complicated with lower extremity dysfunction can effectively improve the sleep quality and mental state of patients, and promote the recovery of motor function of both lower extremities with remarkable effect.
