探讨胸外科下肢深静脉血栓形成因素及护理干预措施

Discussion on the Factors of Deep Venous Thrombosis of Lower Extremity in Thoracic Surgery and Nursing Intervention Measures

目的探讨胸外科下肢深静脉血栓形成因素及护理干预措施。方法选取该院2017年1月-2018年1月入治的共100例患者进行研究,其中共包括未发生下肢深静脉血栓患者共50例,设为对照组,发生下肢深静脉血栓患者共50例,设为观察组,分析2组患者各项指标内容,包括手术时间、合并症、卧床时间、不良嗜好等,同时探讨护理干预措施。结果观察组患者平均年龄(56.32±2.14)岁明显较大,手术时间(3.98±0.51)h长于对照组,合并症患者22例高于对照组患者,卧床时间平均为(23.42±2.45)d,明显长于对照组,不良嗜好患者21例高于对照组。以上各项指标组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论导致胸外科手术后患者下肢深静脉血栓形成的因素相对较为复杂,患者的年龄、手术时间、合并症情况、卧床时间、不良嗜好等均是对下肢深静脉血栓发生有影响作用的因素。临床上应该进行针对性措施护理干预,降低发病率同时改善患者预后。

Objective To explore the factors of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity in thoracic surgery and nursing intervention measures. Methods A total of 100 patients in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected for study, including 50 patients without deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity, and 50 patients with deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity as control group, and 50 patients with deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity as observation group. The indexes of the two groups were analyzed, including operation time, complications, bed rest time, bad habits and so on, and the nursing intervention measures were discussed at the same time. Results The average age of the patients in the observation group was(56.32 ±2.14) years, and the operation time was(3.98±0.51) h longer than the control group, 22 patients with complications were higher than the control group, the average bed rest time was(23.42±2.45)days, which was significantly longer than that in the control group, and 21 patients with bad habits were higher than those in the control group. There was significant difference among the above indexes, and there was statistical analysis value(P<0.05). Conclusion The factors leading to deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity after thoracic surgery are relatively complex. The patient’s age, operation time, complications, bed rest time, Bad habits and so on are the factors that affect the occurrence of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity. Clinical measures should be taken to protect Reasonable intervention, reduce the incidence of disease and improve the prognosis of patients.
