下肢骨科手术中预防深静脉血栓的护理措施

Nursing Measures to Prevent Deep Venous Thrombosis in Lower Extremity Orthopedic Surgery

目的评价下肢骨折手术患者术中预防深静脉血栓的护理方案与效果,从而促进下肢骨科手术患者术后康复。方法选择该院骨科2018年3月-2019年4月期间收治手术治疗的下肢骨折手术患者(n=80),结合护理方法不同进行对照组、试验组分组。对照组40例骨科手术患者接受常规护理,试验组40例骨科手术患者接受综合护理干预。对比2组骨科手术患者下肢深静脉血栓发生率、护理满意度、并发症发生率、住院时间以及费用。结果试验组患者下肢深静脉血栓发生率以及肺栓塞等术后并发症发生率、住院时间、住院费用均少于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论下肢骨科手术中落实综合护理干预可以积极预防深静脉血栓,从而提高患者安全性,并促进患者预后。

Objective To evaluate the nursing plan and effect of intraoperative prevention of deep vein thrombosis in patients with lower extremity fracture surgery, so as to promote postoperative rehabilitation of patients with lower extremity orthopedic surgery.Methods Patients with lower extremity fracture who received surgical treatment in our department of orthopedics from March 2018 to April 2019(n=80) were selected and divided into control group and experimental group according to different nursing methods.The control group received routine nursing care for 40 patients undergoing orthopedic surgery, while the experimental group received comprehensive nursing intervention for 40 patients undergoing orthopedic surgery.The incidence, nursing satisfaction, complication rate, length of stay and expense of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis were compared between the two groups of orthopedic surgery patients.Results The incidence of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis and pulmonary embolism and other postoperative complications, the length of stay,hospitalization costs were less than the control group, nursing satisfaction was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention in lower extremity orthopedic surgery can actively prevent deep venous thrombosis, thereby improving the safety of patients and promoting the prognosis of patients.
