骨科下肢抬高垫在下肢骨折护理中的应用

Application of Orthopedic Lower Limb Elevation Pad in Nursing of Lower Limb Fracture

目的评价下肢骨折护理中骨科下肢抬高垫的应用效果,从而提高下肢骨折患者生活质量。方法选择该院骨科2018年3月-2019年4月期间收治治疗的下肢骨折患者,总计60例。结合护理方法,进行60例下肢骨折患者分组。对照组30例下肢骨折患者接受常规护理,试验组30例下肢骨折患者接受骨科下肢抬高垫护理。对比对照组与试验组下肢骨折患者临床疗效、疼痛状况、肿胀状况以及护理满意度。结果试验组下肢骨折患者临床总有效率以及护理满意度评分均明显高于对照组,干预后疼痛状况与肿胀状况均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论骨科下肢抬高垫在下肢骨折护理中的应用可以有效改善患者疼痛、肿胀状况,护理效果显著。

Objective To evaluate the effect of orthopaedic lower limb elevation pad in lower limb fracture nursing, so as to improve the quality of life of patients with lower limb fracture. Methods 60 patients with lower limb fracture were selected from March 2018 to April 2019. Combined with nursing methods, 60 patients with lower limb fracture were divided into groups. The control group received routine nursing for 30 patients with lower limb fracture, while the experimental group received orthopedic lower limb elevation pad nursing for 30 patients with lower limb fracture. The clinical efficacy, pain, swelling and nursing satisfaction of lower limb fracture patients in the control group and the experimental group were compared. Results The total clinical effective rate and nursing satisfaction score of lower limb fracture patients in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the pain and swelling status after intervention were better than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion The application of lower limb elevation pad in lower limb fracture nursing can effectively improve the pain and swelling of patients, and the nursing effect is remarkable.
