摘要
家庭社会经济因素对于就业规划的影响一直以来存在争议。该次研究就家庭社会经济地位及其相关因素对大学生就业规划的影响这一问题进行实证研究,使用多元回归模型,将自变量分为主观和客观两大类,使用改编和自编量表对主观自变量、因变量进行测量,并进行回归分析。
The impact of family social economic factors on employment planning has been controversial.This study makes an empirical study on the impact of family social economic status and related factors on college students'employment planning.Using multiple regression model,the independent variables are divided into subjective and objective categories.The subjective independent variables and dependent variables are measured by adapted and self-compiled scales,and the regression analysis is carried out.
