创新创业人才培养是一项系统而复杂的社会工程,高校作为创新创业人才培养的重要场所,象牙塔式的闭门造车,显然不能培养出创新型国家建设所需的高质量、足数量创新创业人才。该文从内部协同和外部协同两个维度来探讨高校创新创业人才多元协同培养模式改革实践。

Innovation and entrepreneurship talents training is a systematic and complex social engineering.As an important place for innovation and entrepreneurship talents training,universities cannot train high-quality and sufficient number of innovative and entrepreneurship talents for the construction of an innovative country.This paper explores the reform and practice of multi-dimensional collaborative training mode for innovative and entrepreneurial talents in Universities from the two dimensions of internal and external collaboration.
